Ahhh. . . Music to my ears

Madison and a class mate in piano are playing a duet. They have a recital tomorrow where they are judged and scored. They have been practicing away working their little fingers to the bone!

We LOVE to hear Maddy play the piano. It truly is music to our ears. We are so grateful she is talented enough to play! We love the spirit music brings into our home! Good Luck tomorrow ladies!

It's bring your kid to work

Well not really! Madison happened to be off today and wanted to come to work and have her teeth cleaned and have some excess cement from the braces removed. So off to work we went. I really think she just likes to dress up in her scrubs. :)

I had a good day with Maddy with me at work today. She offered to get us treats and any other essentials she thought we needed and ended up making several runs to the local gas station for us. Treats are always nice when you are working. I really think she just likes to use the debit card and feel grown up!

It's about time!

This has been the hardest book to read. I probably started back in like May or June and I finally just finished it last night. I have debated numerous times about just not finishing it however, I did want to see how it ended. I read several books in between which were just as long or longer and finished them in a week or so. Maybe I am not intelligent enough to truly understand the book but man it was hard to get through. Sometimes I wonder what kind of person the author is? Strange in my mind. So now I can cross this off my list of things to do. . .Finally!
